Yes it is, if you are in a committed relationship and you engage in cybersex with someone else then you are cheating. True the other person may not be physically touching you but he is caressing your thoughts and thus it is an emotional relationship.

No because you are using your imagination to think of who ever you want while you touch your self. So it's masturbation but not cheating, the person on the other end of the line are only giving you suggestions.....and you are doing the same for them....

While its not cheating, it does show you are not happy about the relationship you are in, especially if the cyber sex persists with the same person.
