My fiance does in front of me....but I won't in front of him. I don't have a problem burping in front of him...but farting is another thing altogether lol. Some things should be done in private.

When i first met my fiance`, i told her that i would never marry someone that won't fart/burp in front of me. She looked at me funny, but my thought process is that if you aren't comfortable enough to do these simple bodily functions in front of me, then you aren't going to be comfortable enough to spend rest of your life with me.
She smiled and thought it was pretty funny. Now, we don't care who does what lol

for sure! we've manners, although, and do not merely enable 'em rip in public! We play Dutch Oven (i'm no longer continually a prepared participant! lol). Our kinfolk motto is "Farts equivalent relaxing!".

No, and we've been together 8.5 years. It happened once by accident when he tickeled me & I nearly died.
I'm not a prude, but there are things you don't need to do in front of your spouse (or anyone for that matter). That's one of them. It's just etiquette.

i dont do it in front of him or my family. it's just a private thing for me. he does it in front of me though! it stinks sometimes and all i do is walk away.
