I did some research and that product seems to be out of manufacturing.

Yes, but as other people mentioned, you'll have to use a thickening agent. I have used milk before when making a roux (pronounced roo), where you melt butter in a saucepan, add an equal amount of flour (not too much on either, depending on the size of your recipe...a typical meal for 4 might call for 2 Tbsp butter and flour). Cook the flour for a minute or two to get rid of the "raw" taste and then slowly add the milk, while constantly whisking. This will create a thickened sauce that you can season with salt/pepper, or add cheese to and you've got the beginnings of mac & cheese.

I emailed pet several years ago asking the same question. I never got a response.
Compliment made a red sauce for meat loaf and a white sauce for smothering. Both excellent.

I used the Compliment Sauce for the chicken. I don't remember who made it but it was wonderful stuff. I used it weekly and hate that it has been discontinued. Everyone who dined at my table loved it.

It had been discontinued many years ago. I wish they still made it. I loved it for my meatloaf.
