Some one doesn't want the truth to get out.
The more inportant question is whether Y!A will investigate to determine this.

Some people bring Answers down; handier with the abusive button than a snake in the grass, that is when no one agrees with their nasties. Howl like a gut -shot varmint when someone nails 'em. Then sneak around their kennels and do the same thing. Nothing like making what could be a spirited debate turn into potty mouthed tirade, punctuated with hits below the belt.
My violation was for saying ???'s (the name we dare not speak) avatar was 'ugly' that's it. I though gguys didn't mind being called that, especially when some of them outdo themselves to make their avatars ugly. I was thinking maybe it was a 'guy' thing, but finally decided I must have hurt his feelers. Tres sensitive! I bet others have had the same experience.

So, what did the moderators use as an excuse for rejecting it? It is not obvious to me.
However, let me correct a common error in thinking.
It is true our society has freedom of speech, though there are such things such as threatening harm to the president that are crimes in spite of freedom of speech.
However, freedom of speech means you can pay the money, start your own URL, and say almost anything you want. And, you can open it up to the public with any rules you want.
When Yahoo pays for a URL, yahoo has the right to control what is on it. If you don't like their rules, you go away, period.
To say it another way, no one else is obliged to pay for your free speech.

First I didn't flag your question so I can only guess as to why. Perhap they thought you were attacking other asker/ answerers. new word herebut get the meaning? Maybe just wanting all to take the high road and allow everyone to ask and answer without being attacked or judged just because someone diagrees or assumes an unpopular view.

He was probably just mad that you pointed him out and flagged your question. Don't take it personally. These crazed conservatives know that they are losing and are starting to really just lash out at everyone, tossing around false accusations and direct insults because they don't have any truth to support their positions. They are angry, bitter bullies with little intelligence and an intentional ignorance of all things that are true. They fight against truth with everything that they have, but fortunately, lies do not hold up...they eventually fall apart and leave the liar exposed for what they are. Truth will always prevail, so the conservatives are running scared.
