I used to eat a stick of black licorice for breakfast every morning...something about speeding up the metabolism.

I personally hate black licorice, but I heard the one that does the trick for dieting is the real black licorice from a health food store or ordered online.

Red licorice is better and Not much thought.

terrible for it's nutritional value, but I've heard it helps with digestion and also to raise blood pressure for those that suffer from low blood pressure
