Hon, I think it's a possession thing. He's going, "Look! I get to do this and you can't! Don't you wish you could?"
It's one thing to be discreet {hell...isn't that why they put tableclothes on the table? lol} or if it's something that you enjoy.
But if you let them know that you neither like nor appreciate, then it's disrespectful to you and you just need to smack the **** outta him...and date a more classy and tasteful kind of guy.

Because men are stupid and often not trained properly. You need to slap him hard across the face in public. That's if you're actually bothered about him. You really shouldn't date guys like that anyway. Dump him and see how he takes it. Maybe take him back if he grovels a lot, but to be honest, a guy who treats a girl like that deserves to be single for a long time.

A lot of guys are inherently jerky. The jerk you're talking about probably can't help it he is such an ***. However there are some good ones out there so drop this jerk and keep looking.

If you dont like them or dont want them to do it, simply ask them not to. Most people do that, male or female.....just shows you appreciate their appearance and have the urge to touch them. Girlfriend does similar things to me, I do to her, not even realizing most of the time. But then again, there are a lot of guys who do it just to be asses lol.
