Murder. That is why that guy who murdered his wife and unborn child was convicted of TWO murders.
There are two lives involved in abortion, however, and I guess the question is, what is the appropriate role of the government in that issue?

The answer is B. Abortions are not offered after the 24th week so as for those who think second term abortions are illegal that is not true. They are legal according to Roe vs. Wade but individual states have the right to ban them and many have. There is stipulation in the ruling that requires abortion to be legal in case of risk to the mother's life however at eight months or at least 32 weeks gestational age viability is guaranteed and it would be safer to induce labor so that the baby is delivered early then to abort the baby.

FYI there are abortions in the 8th month. Maybe not in the US, but in other countries (IE Asia) it happens. (In which the baby is 'delivered' and can live outside the mother's body but is slaughtered upon birth. Check out Ogrish.com for pictures.)
My answer, two wrongs don't make a right. So obviously it would be murder. It isn't the second woman's decision to take the life of another human being, regardless how strongly she (you) feel towards abortion.

Doesn't matter - it would ALL be illegal.
Your "scare tactic" doesn't work. Why? Because it doesn't make sense.
If a woman is having an "abortion" at 8 months, there is a medical reason for it - birth control is not that reason. Why? Because the law states that you can not terminate your pregnancy later than 12 weeks (3 months) into your pregnancy. And the law also states that the "baby" is a human at 24 weeks (6 months). So at 8 months, it would be an illegal abortion, and murder.
Sorry to disappoint.

Yes, people DO have abortions in the eight month, it is very sad but absolutely true, sorry to break it to you. I know two women who have done this in the eighth month, so saying it is illegal or it does not happen is just like shutting your eyes to reality. Think about it, if I am one person who knows two people who have done that, then it must happen a lot more than that. It is messed up, true enough, and my opinion is that late term abortions awful.

Murder!
You're asking to many questions about abortion. You must be going thru this with a young lady. You wouldn't be going through this if you practiced safe sex.
If it's a child of yours it's no need to be upset with her. She's carried this child this far she is attached to the baby.

b murder,
You can only have an abortion in the first trimester, then it is considered murder. I don't personally believe in abortion for myself but yes it is a womans right for the welfare of a child. This question is not funny!
