well it took me about 6 months, but thats only because i didnt want him to just get some and then leave, you have to play the game and keep him guessing

From my point of view there isn't really an expiration date for that kind of stuff. It's what your heart chooses BUT don't be blind to the dude and his signs. I would have to actually know the person and like the guy A LOT! I guess I'm a girl of tradition considering I'm first generation here however there is a middle ground.
To answer your question it's usually 20 to infinity dates to me. Some guys ... well I guess up until I finished high school, I didn't sleep with at all. (Longest relationship before then being a year and a half.)
I've never had a one night stand although I don't really see anything wrong with it as long as you're not getting all attached (hurt) and such.
Be wise, you're precious. And you want the guy you're with to know that too.

Sex is a trust issue...I have to develop a lot of trust for a guy before I have sex with him.
Depends on the guy and how long I want the relationship to last. Sometimes as little as three dates sometimes as many as 12...I've only had one -one night stand and that was because he was lousy in bed...Bad Sex Is Worse Than No Sex.

I don't know about dates... But I usually would not sleep with a guy if it's a one or two date thing, but if we were together, i would wait about 3 months...

Depends on how I feel. If I'm in the mood for a one night stand I go for it, unless its really bad and kinda just turns in to a one night stand.
If its good then I turn him into a f**k buddy or a serious relationship both which are really good!

Here is something funny! I used to have a rule that I only had sex ont he third date. Then I neet this man who I decided would be my very first one-night-stand! I had sex ont eh first date, and decided to just not call him again. He called me the next day, I didn't call back. I worked with his brother. He told his brother to have me call him. I didn't call. He sent me Flowers at work. I thought he was creepy! I finally gave in, called him, and now, 3 years later, we are married expecting our second baby in about 2 weeks!

Lately, it's been only 2 dates for me, and I ALWAYS keep in contact with them. I only "date" people that I can talk to on the first date and then have great sex with on the second!
