haha isn't head and shoulders supposed to eliminate dandruff? that's weird that u have the opposite effect. I have to change my shampoo everytime I run out of a bottle. Different formulas make my hair feel healthier and cleaner. Maybe switch it up?

The shampoo may be over stripping your natural sebum on your scalp, therefore causing your scalp to dry out. Try avoiding direct contact with your scalp by just washing your hair without actually massaging the shampoo directly with your fingertips touching you scalp. Another product that may be good is "Selsen Blue". (That may not be the correct spelling of the shampoo, but that is how it sounds.)

for me it is too harsh. I sometimes gott big painful pimples on my scalp here and there if I used it.
Maybe you dont really need it which is why its reacting like that on you.
For me too, it made my hair really shiny. I remember because I was even told I had shiny hair back then.
I havent used it for years because of the bumps it would cause.
I wish it didnt!
