Strength train in the gym while drinking 3 protein shakes per day (morning, lunch, evening), and eat 3 FULL meals a day with lots of Chicken, Fish, and Red Meat..... Thats the smartest and healthiest way to gain it quick......

If you don't mind being fat, then drink coconut milk.
But if your wanting to gain muscle....
