Try just focusing on your breathing. Close your eyes, and focus on how your body moves when you breathe. Place your hands on your abdomen, and feel your hands move up and down when you take a breath. Place on hand on your chest, leaving the other on your belly. Keep your breathing normal. Feel both your belly and chest move when you breath. Focus on moving your breathing down to your belly, moving it more than your chest. Do this for a few minutes.

Close your eyes, and just focus on your body. Be aware of every part of your body. Focus on your toes...your calves...thighs...your hips...stomach...chest...move down your arms, into your fingers...picture yourself in your fingertips.....move back up your arms, into your neck.....focus on how your neck attaches to your jaw and the back of your head.....Then, tense each part of your body...tense your toes...and relax...tense your calves and relax...tense your thighs and bum, tighter...relax....tighten your abs and relax...move into your shoulders..bring them up to your ears, and then relax....purse your lips, crease your forhead and scrunch your eyes up...and then relax. Just sit there for a minute, eyes closed, and just let your mind wander.....

If you feel stressed out, or tensed a lot, try looking into a sleep and relaxation workshop at your school, or somewhere in your community. Even taking a yoga class can help.

Find a good meditation/hypnosis CD, preferably one that is for complete relaxation. There are a lot of great ones out there. These usually help a lot. I have been using them for years. A really good one is Edgar Cayce's Self Hypnosis.

Hand Massage (massage your fingers, hand and palms gently) , aromatheraphy (especially lavender and green tea), warm water (enjoy your bath...dont forget to put salt in the water) and light music (you know that music heals soul). :-)
Sand theraphy..fill up cotton mini bags with sand...put it in the microwave until warm enough (watch out...it can burn ur skin if it's too hot!), put that bags on your back, and feel the warmth of the sand inyour skin....for me it's so relaxing...Try and enjpty it!!:-)

Breath in, and blow it out through your mouth, lightly. Use
the affirmation, speaking out loud. "I am calm, and relaxed."
REPEAT.
