There is a world of mature men out there that have lots to talk about. Topics can include politics, world affairs, current events, etc. You will find men like these at colleges, universities, at work, theater, bookstores...
You must also do YOUR part: Read a newspaper daily and acquaint yourself with what's going on in the world - and let the guy you're talking with know how YOU feel about what's going on in the world today! He'll be impressed and know he'll need to raise the level of his "game" to keep up with you! You probably won't find them if your idea of a good time is hanging out in an environment where men put on airs to impress other guys: sports bars, sporting venues, etc. You might also want to pay particular attention to men who - while they might not be the most handsome guy in the room - are thoughtful, soft spoken and RESPECTFUL of you and your friends. Just as an aside, you should also be aware that with a lifetime of experience behind me I can assure you that women - when push comes to shove - can do a fair amount of talking about sex and body parts when they are around their pals and feel secure in their chosen environment. Try not to label entire groups because of experiences with a few...Good luck and I'm sure the guy who measures up to your expectations will indeed be a very lucky man!

I've observed that there are two kinds of men that talk about their genitalia a lot. 1) Just a pervert at heart or 2) they're usually self-conscious about themselves.

I'll put it this way too, the guy that trys to brag/talk about it usually doesn't have much to brag about. Men that are well endowed and have a good self-esteem image of themselves usually find other things to talk about. He's a guy....

So, if you like the guy that talks about it all the time. Try to encourage him to feel good about himself and play along with his bragging.....if you can. Or just ask him why he talks about it all the time....he may not even be aware of how often he does it.

I call it: insecurity. If men have no personality, they try to allure women and intimidate other men with private part talk. It's a way for them to deflect attention from their waning personalities, and boost their inflated egos at the same time.

Smart men will talk about other issues, and not their body parts. They know that their privates belong in their pants and not in discussion with others.

I don't think I have ever heard my husband talk about his "private body part" the whole time I have known him. Or anyone I have ever dated. So I guess you can say that almost every man or boy I have know From the fifth grade up, can talk on other levels. But the ones I known from 3,4, and 5 grade only talked about their private part because that is what kids do.

I've asked myself the same thing many times before. And I have come to the conclusion that the reason they talk about that ALL the time is because that is all they think about. The only thing their tiny brains can process, so they cant exactly help it. When you do find a guy that talks about something other than that, ask him if he's got a brother and send him my way!!!LOL!

No, honestly most men talk about their "private body part" a lot. In sexual ways or in jokingly ways, no matter what man you find, that would be part of his package... see there I go talking about privates. Grow up and stop generalizing, if you've only met men that talk about that, then maybe it's not men but your choice of men.

I found that a few guys will actually talk about something else. I bet that men think the same thing about women talking about their butts or periods.
