On Outlook Express, I want my email to print with my names and a line underneath it at the top?

Somehow, i screwed up my formatting and I cannot get it to look like that when I print any more. Anyone know how to fix the layout?

Copy and paste it into Microsoft Word and edit it as you wish. =]
