I have been searching for a recipe without onion... the thought of onion puts me off a bit!
If you have a recipe without onion or know of a great tasty one that does have onion that would be excellent!!
Also, can you use salt & pepper on your cabbage soup?

7 Day Plan: First day eat all the fruit you want except bananas.(best low cal. fruit to use is watermelon and cantaloupe)If you stick with just melon you can lose up to 3lbs in the first day.Second day eat all the veggies you want try to eat green leafy veggies.Stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. You may have one large baked potato w/ butter only on all veggie day #2.Third day eat fruits and veggies.Use day 1 and 2 except no potato.Forth day eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as much as 8 glasses of milk.(bananas are high in carbs & will lessen any craving for sweets.Fifth day eat 10 - 20 onces of beef and 6 tomatoes.Drink at least 8 glasses of water to help flush away uric acid in your body.Sixth day eat beef and veggies until your hearts content. No potatoes.Seventh day brown rice, fruit juice(unsweetened), and veggies.Throughout the 7 days you also eat as much cabbage as you can, the more you eat the more you lose!!! Cabbage soup: 6 large onions(sorry),2 green peppers, whole tomatoes(canned or fresh), 1 head cabbage, 1 stalk celery, season with onion soup mix. Cut veggies, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes. I hope this helps sorry about the onions.

HI, I am going back on the one that I was on, I did not know that it was a diet--I though it up, just use cabbage, any vegs, but corn, popatoes no rice. anything else you want in it. I used chicken wings in mine. Cooked the wings, took off the skin, back in with the cabbage, lemon pepper only--NO salt! And I have to say, I lost 80 pds and kept it off for 5 fives, but I had slipped a little, hanging with my friend, now I am going back on it, it worked for me. I ate it all the time, if I was hungry. And fruit, cottage cheese.
good luck
I like onion , but you do not have to use it, it still works

I'VE ALWAYS USED ONION IN MINE... BUY A BAG OF COLE SLAW MIX CUT UP CELERY, AND TOMATOES, FIND A INSTANT SOUP MIX YOU LIKE AND ADD THAT... COVER THE MIX WITH WATER AND COOK SLOWLY FOR TWENTY MINUTES OR UNTIL THE MIX IS TENDER ENOUGH FOR YOU. STAY AWAY FROM ADDING SALT AS THAT WILL CAUSE WATER RETENTION... ENJOY, AND HAVE PLENTY OF TOILET PAPER ON HAND...
