What you're calling regular milk...has come from cows that ARE fed lactating hormones in their feed.
The same is true of the beef cattle and chickens, ... Those nice, fat "fryers" you buy in the store....are ONLY 7 WEEKS OLD !!!
All the hormones in our food animals are the reason WHY our kids are maturing at such an early age....

If you can afford organic; GO for it ! Just use the whole milk for a child, and a calcium & Vit D supplement if you don't get any sunlight exposure.

We opted for Organic for a while because of the hormones issue. Lately we've found a milk not using artificial hormones, though not truly Organic. It's what we're looking for for less $$$.

I don't know if organic milk has been pasteurized, but I wouldn't give anything to a toddler that hasn't been. Check the carton and see if it is pasteurized, also does it have Vitamin D added? Our bodies can't use calcium without vitamin D, so it's a good idea to make sure you buy milk with it added.

I would only give my toddler organic milk if he/she has the tendency to be overweight, otherwise reguler milk is better because of the fact that the reguler milk has more vitamins and calcium which is very importent for the Baby's brain development.I would rather give reguler milk

Organic milk is fine for children. Just make sure it is full fat/homo milk, not skim or 2%, as growing babies need the fat.

is he lactose intollerant? then no. Organic is a safer way to go but milk is a product that is heavily regulated so most milk is perfectly safe.

Oh come on! How much more paranoid are we gonna get? Just give your kid the regular stuff. This organic crap is getting on my nerves. Your kid will turn out just like everyone else who had regular milk when they were little.

I don't see why not! Just think all those years ago our great-grandparents were raised on organic everything.
