What is Paradox or what is a paradox? A paradox is a a self-contradictory statement. Or something that seems like it would be true but can't be.

Paradox is also the name of an old database program. Not sure if they still make it.

this sentence is false. <--- i can write this, but it is a paradox. if it declares itself false, it cannot be the truth. but if true, it must be false. two mutually exclusive implications.
