no because the lead in the pencil will most likely break off and lodge into your brain, thus causing lead poisoning and mental retardation. Also, there is always a chance that the tickle affect will make you sneeze, thrusting the pencil deep into the center of your brain.

i don't think it would be impossible as the Anciant Egyptians used to stick a hot rod up the nose of dead people to get the brains out.I don't think you could do it with a pencil but maybe a mental rode,your brain wouldn't feel anything if you touched it as it doesn't have nerves,but it put you into shock.
