Every girl has one thing that they will not leave the house without as far as makeup. Eyeliner is my thing. I will not leave the house without eyeliner on. Reason is that I feel that my eyes are my best quality, I have green eyes and with eyeliner it helps enhance my eye region so I love it and I think its sexy. Plus I always get compliments on my eye makeup so I think others find it attractive as well.

I think it depends on the individual. Some women naturally have the most beautiful eyes and all they need is probabaly just some mascara to intensify the beauty. Whereas other women whose eyes are perhaps too small, or simply lost amongst other facial features, would need eyeliner to bring attention to them.
However, when going out for the evening, eyes that are lined can be very, very sexy; provided that it's applied to compliment the rest of your makeup, not to overpower.
Keeping in mind that daytime makeup application should differ from evening makeup application, eyeliner CAN bring out the sexiness of the individual if used in the proper way.

Makeup in general is a wonderful thing HOWEVER...young women need to learn how to use it right. Go to the experts and learn how to apply it properly. Too much, or sloppily applied, and you look like a fool.
