Get to a doctor pronto, a hernia could kill you, and if you can't use the bathroom something is wrong.

in case you are able to sense a lump you will have a tear. See a doctor. you would be waiting to easily heal up or it may desire to become something worse in case you abuse it. think of strangulated gut.
