I want to get a frame for my college diploma with a place for the tassel. I also wanted to get one for my high school diploma as well. I looked online but most of the websites only have the college frames with the school's insigna on it. Does anyone know a store I can find this sort of frame or somewhere on the internet?

I've not seen a frame especially made for what you're describing before, but you could probably get them both framed really nicely at a place like Michael's or Hobby Lobby. They have frames already made up. I bet if anyone would have a frame like you described, they would. I believe you can also buy their products online.
Also, they both do custom framing. That might be a more expensive way to go, but at least that way you could get exactly what you want.
