Check with her pediatrician first. Flinstones is a good brand for kids.

Check with your pediatrician first, but my daughter likes the gummy bear vitamins. Tried Flintstones, but she would only eat the purple ones. Don't know that the vitamins help much with daycare though. Best thing is to stress good handwashing skills, keep personal items (blankets, etc) seperate from other's, and not to put toys in mouth (i.e.- pretend food). Also, when cold symptoms start I elevate my daughter's pillows so that she doesn't get the post-nasal drip going down her throat (helps with the coughing and preventing ear infections). The plug-in vaporizers (they are like little night lights, can get with or without the light) work wonders! The refills are a little on the expensive side, but usually after 3-7 days the cold symptoms are gone and don't advance to an infection. I usually get the one made by Sudafed or Pediacare.

First of all, i dont think vitamins help much. second, if you want to give her something you should consult with a medic first. 3rd, i am allergic and have colds very often. I took some tablets which had small doses of the bacteria so my immune would get used to the many types of bacterias that cause colds. i think i took one for every day for 48 days or something like that. They come as drinkable vaccines: pills of the bacteria. i think they also come in liquid.its called Luivac. I took those and actaully got less colds then i started to get them back becasue i stopped taking them. The most important thing is for you to talk to a medic. good luck. BTW. i live in lima Peru, a very very humid place, im allergic and have a problem with my nose so i cant actually breath 100% efficiently, if this helped me then im pretty sure it will help your daughter but remember, i dont know if two year olds can take it, maybe she could but in very small doses.

I know it sounds hard, but cut the sugar. Sugar lowers your immunity for at least 4 hours after you eat it. Also there are some products out on the market for taking before you get sick. Also, Zicam as soon as you feel a cold coming on. AND, most important, WASH your hands, don't touch your face, nose, eyes. Stay away from other sick people especially kids or where they have been. Carry hand sanitizer with you and use it in the store or wherever you may be.

her diet is the best way to strengthen her immune system lots of fruits and try using more garlic in her diet as well as oranges. This maybe hard because she is a kid and some children do not like eating these things but try your best if these things do not work try flinstones multi-vitamin or another kids one. also if she get sick again get elderberries from a health food store boil them like a tea refridgerate and add a little sugar give it to her as many time as she will let you as it is bitter im telling you it is a miracle berry she will feel better in no time. Good luck

Flintstone's First Vitamins are good. They are made just for 2 year olds. I gave them to my daughter, she has now moved up to the regular Flintstone's vitamins. She is very healthy and her immune system is in great condition. She only suffers from allergies.

ok vitamins arent going ot help her too much, in daycare, thats pretty much how it is. kids get sick ALL the time when they are little when they are in school or daycare, my daughter started kindergarten last year, she had a cold literally every 10 days. vitamins didnt help us too much but we do use the spiderman gummies, just b/c the kids love em.

flintstones has a vitamin for two and three year olds...you can also ask your ped. what you should be giving her...I know you dont want to hear it but the illnesses will help her body build antibodies and fight off the same sicknesses later on.
