Not sure if you have a Safeway near where you live, but I just bought it there recently. I'm sure any major grocery store that carries Pillsbury products would have it.

probably at a piggly wiggly or a at a grocery store in the baking aisle where you find frosting and icing. or you can make your own by getting vanilla icing and a get rainbow chips(decorating) and mix it together.

I don't know where you live, nor do I want to, but if you live near a ShopRite, they have it all the time. Or at Hannaford's. Both of those places seem to always have things that aren't used all the time...
