can a 18 year fill out her papers to stay in the us,or does she have to stay with the sponsor til she is 21.i plan on moving out and need to know that.if you have any phone number or a friend that could help me let me know.thank you in advance

you can fill out your papers, sure... Will they get approved - that's a different question. The answer would depend on your situation, and grounds of eligibility, not so much on your age really.

hay how,s it going. U can go to a web site: I think it is some thing like www.visa,s .gov.org. or some kind of link like that It also depends on whether U R a student, or not.and the type of visa U entered the US with, jdesperado81@verizon.net

18 is a legal consenting adult but you might contact immigration anyway for your state
