everybody has an excuse when arrested or breaking the law. example (I only had one beer). Its not just minorities. However I work in law enforcement and just last week we had an african american 18 year old in custody for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of a stolen credit card. we are a small city 10,000. He was from a large city. We have very few african americans in our town. This young mans mom drove from the city to check on him. It didn't take long for her to notice that we do not have a minority population. I knew it was coming--the race card! She wanted to know if the only reason her son was arrested was because he was (black). The answer, No. It was because he broke the law. Crime has no color. We will arrest you even if you are red with purple stripes if you break the law. Minorities are not the only ones with excuses, you just hear about them more often...

I believe your question should be, "Why do SOME minorities..." Not every member of racial minorities break the law, and even if they do, they don't all blame racism when they get caught. Some do, however, but it's just an excuse, just like any other excuse that criminals make. Non-minority criminals make excuses when they get caught, too. And unfortunately, sometimes when minorities are arrested, there is racism involved. I've witnessed it personally. A white guy got into a fight with two Hispanic guys, but only the Hispanic guys were arrested.

Racism is a concern in this international. individually i do no longer think of addressing the priority of unlawful immigration is a racial difficulty in any respect. that's a criminal difficulty. It does ensue to contain quite often hispanics crossing the border from Mexico yet people from othe international places enter this usa illegally or over stay their visas. And a gadget does could be created to handle the priority. i think of that our broken immigration gadget that facilitates purely a trickle of immigrants to pass into the rustic legally each and each twelve months and makes the technique of criminal immigration long, confusing, and confusing, provides to the priority. Reforming and simplifying our immigration ideas on an identical time as stepping up enforcement of violations would pass an prolonged thank you to reducing unlawful immigration by making use of making criminal channels much extra captivating. There are some maximum suitable the fee against unlawful immigration that are prompted by making use of racism yet no longer all are. maximum easily choose the rule of regulation to be customary and maintained. it style of feels that the lable of racist is thrown around a the thank you to casually. each and every time a minority celebity gets in criminal hardship or an argument comes up that is affecting the unfavorable, that's blamed on racism. i'm reminded of the contemporary arguments over Michael Vick. somewhat than protecting him responsible for his own undesirable movements, many chosen to verify his prosecution as a racist conspiracy. fully ridiculous. And while subjects impact the unfavorable, unfavorable people of all races are affected the two. that's racist to have faith there are not any unfavorable white people interior the international. while New Orleans flooded people of all races have been affected. The typhoon grew to become into no longer racist, and however the race flag grew to become into thrown. i think of people could think of formerly they make that accusation.

Yes, of course it's B.S. Totally unfair to all the other "honest" lawbreakers who would never use any devious means to get out of being charged with a crime. You can tell right away that these minorities are more devious than 'regular' people....can't you??....Well...CAN'T YOU??
Evey 'regular' person knows the solution to this problem....ya just have to 'billy club' these suspects right from the get go. I mean....they're gonna call ya racist anyway, right?....they ALL do

Well it works! That line works for everything they want to in America. Look at new Orleans, they stayed to break the law knowing they could loot. They didn't think it would really get that bad. They they screamed racist America for not saving us. They come into prison hand over fist collecting SSI never working a job in their life and they say we commit crimes because your racist. They say feed me and clothe my 9 kids by 7 different dads because your racist.
WOW sounds like we have terrorist right here we are supporting.

Not just minorities do that. When a person is a criminal they try everything they can to get out of what they do. Look at all the criminals who tote Bibles into courtrooms, trying to look good. If people would take responsibility for the things they did and not have a victim mentality, this would not happen

because it can be conjectured that the law is inappropriately enforced moreso against their race than others. For example. There are two hoodlums 1 white, 1 black and 1 police officer. They are both stealing from the same object from two different stores (such that amount of stolen goods is not an object). The police officer would routinely go after the black male stealing than the white male. This is why they use words like racism and stereotyping. Because there are these elements in the enforcement of the laws.

This question assumes that someone committed a crime. Therefore the answer is easy. It is because people who break the law are unscrupulous and willing to say and do anything to avoid responsibility.

In my opinion; they do it because they know that discrimination is investigated by the ACLU and groups like them. If accused you are guilty until you prove yourself not guilty. It's a big smoke screen to take the emphases off them and onto the accused, and so far,, it works for them!

Not all minorities do.
However, when it comes to illegals I would say they use that argument because it's the only one they have. There name says it all. ILLEGALS.
Of course your gonna cry racism when you don't have another legal leg to stand on.
Plus they can cry about it all they want. Still won't matter when they are sent back to Mexico.
