What would his second choice be? I would like to think it would be Jesus Juice, a very popular drink today, but questionable whether or not they had it "back in the day".

How much more creative can you be than to turn plain water into something else altogether different? Plus wine was the NEED and He was good at knowing what people needed.

Uh, given that in the Bible, he only did it once i.e. it was an original, why would any one want him to be more creative? Not to mention he was requested to do something about the wine running out at a wedding.
