(Diagnostics) "ipod mini" + "itunes"
ipod Connection Staus Failed. ipod stuck/frozen. Apple Icon on screen. I tried to recharge it lastnight, seemed like that worked. But this morning I tried agian still did not work and the ipod would not show on My Computer or itunes. I just installed itunes 7.0 on My computer. Also I had just bought a new ipod Video 60GB with the new (itunes player) software on the inside of the box.

iTunes 8 is punctiliously backwards like minded with all releases of the Apple ipod. i would not be frightened, yet as with all improve you will desire to backup all your song to the two an exterior confusing tension or burn it to three DVDs.
