What appeals most to a man, a skinny woman with shape or someone that is thick, chunky and shows signs of future fatness (that's of course if you can tell).

Forgot to mention, the size of the hips have nothing to do with child bearing (old wife tale).
Ashton or Simbad, both are ugly.
Chunky as in heavy not with many rolls yet.

That all depends on the person. Some people don't look "skinny", and some people don't look good with weight on them. I prefer a woman with a little meat on her bones.

Wow you kinda went off the deep end at the end of the question. Men in general look for a woman with good sized hips for child bearing. Notice runway models with very small hips if any compared to an actress like for instance Selma Hayak. Then your question of thick, chunky women, some men really like that. But would you prefer to be with a man who looks like Ashton Kutcher or Sinbad?
