Do u have Microsoft word? If u do then you go to tools, letters and mailings, click on envelopes and labels, go to the labels tab, click options, then pick which address labels you have (it should say on the labels box) example would be Avery 5167 and then hit OK then finally type in the box what u want the labels to say. You shouldn' t have to download a program but it you don't have Word then try Avery.com

I print address labels on Microsoft Word...go to main page, then click on TOOLS then on LETTER & MAILINGS, then on ENVELOPES & LABELS, then on that screen look on the lower right corner, choose the label type number. Good Luck!!

There's one inside Microsoft Word if you use that program for word processing.
It is in the 'Tools' tab at the middle top of the main screen.

you should be able to print them using Windows. Do you have XP? Under your printing options, you should be able to choose labels, and then choose the item number....
