i feel i am trapped. i've recently come out of a 4 year relationship 8 months ago and still love this man but 5 months ago i met this lad at a moto x event and he is so sweet, everything about him is so perfect. i'm going through this stage where i want to move on with him but still have it in my head that my ex will come back, i called it off with the nice guy to sort my head out and he sid he would wait cause i'm worth it.. i want him but just can't forget my ex.

Your ex has forgotten you, its time for you to pay him the same respect and love, and forget him as well. Move on, this other guy sounds sooooooooo sweet and like ....... he could make your days a little brighter if you just let him. blessed be

You poor thing. It's difficult, i know. You're hooked on your ex cos you spent 4 years of your life with him, you remember all the good times. Try to think of why you split up, what went wrong. And keep in touch with the guy you met, just as friends while you sort your head out.
If you just jump right in, it'd be unfair on you and the guy.

I would suggest you find a good councilor and have a chat with them about this. Then when your head is clear.. go for the new guy! If you don't get counseling then you will always have the nagging feeling with the new guy and then that relationship will go down the tubes!

if that guy nice maby u will forget ur ex bf with that guy if he know the true love, maby ur ex bf will not come for ever then u will still wating for him and u will not have good realtionship agin, so go and move maby it is better for u , u must continue ur life

You need to close the chapter on your x if thats what it has to come down to. If you still have feelings for your x, you will never be fair to anyone else.

i think about my ex every day too but thats cos you loved him but if you are meant too be with your ex he'l come back but you gotta understand right now your meant to be with the new guy and thats ok!!
