i already deleted Limewire,install AVG Norman MSN antivirus,spydoctor,spybot,adaware,
did a system restore back to 1 Aug 2006

After you defragment your disk and its still slow you need to reduce the stuff that load when your computer starts.
Items that have to load before Windows starts are the files and folders you have on your desktop and the startup programs. Move your files to a folder that is off your desktop leave only shortcuts there.
To remove unnecessary items from your startup click on start > Run, then type msconfig. Click on the 'Statup' tab and uncheck the unnecessary items. Click OK. Don't remove items like Antivirus etc that useful. Basically if you are unsure what it is do not uncheck it. Anything you uncheck that is important, you can re-check them later. select 'do not inform me again' in the warning that comes on restart.
Clean your registry and temp files. Ccleaner does this well find it here http://www.filehippo.com/ among other good free stuff.

Temp files overloaded. Delete. Try defrag.

It seems that your PC is overloaded with unnecessary files you should learn how to clean it and how to get rid of unnecessary programs.The Anti-virus soft wares mentioned by you have nothing to do with this problem.

Go to control panel Add/Remove Programs and remove all unwanted applications.(Specifically remove those applications
which load during startup ie icons found near ur clock)

When you say Norman do you mean Norton? AVG and Norton hate one another. get rid of one of them.
