He can't. no one can or ever has. The sorry thing about your races of man is that they are just plain greedy. Each and every one of you is that way. Who among you actually gives money directly to the poor in your own city. Jesus said don't trust the churchs cause preacher needs a new car. And emperor is their god and He is unbeleivably rich.
