Lactose is a milk sugar...from animals that lactate, they are called mammals and have mammary glands.

So unless it's a milk chocolate egg...then you are pretty safe!!

eggs are embryos of birds, so they defiantely will not have lactose in them.

no, lactose is found in milk and milk products ie yoghurt, cheese and is found in lots of pre-prepared foods so you have to check everything you want to eat
