A cottage pie with the betroot, peas and beans with a topping of mashed potatoes, yams and squash. Grate some cheese in the mash if you are allowed. For dessert, some of the mash rolled in batter (flour, egg and water if you have it) and fried in a pan. Lovely.

Put two of the sweet potatoes near the top of the plate, a new potato in the middle. Use one of the peas to make a 'U' shape near the bottom, and line the top of the plate with some potato peelings. Maybe put one bean on each side of the plate to wrap things up.
So not only do you have a healthy dinner but also a smiley face to admire.

salad with the beetroot, steamed new potatoes, and cannelini beans; baked sweet potatoes with a bit of cinnamon, and just cook the peas with a little bit of salt and eat is a side dish.

If you have an onion, thinslice it and add.
If not, slice all these things (except the peas) and stirfry. Start with the densest things (potatoes and squash) and then add the others to the pan a bit later. Season with cumin, pepper and maybe a touch of soy sauce. Or use Asian sweet chili sauce. Yummy.
You can add some diced bacon if you have some.

Cut up the sweet potatoes and the squash, add the beans and cover with chicken stock, boil untill soft and have salt and pepper and whizz up in food processor and you have soup!
