If you look analytically at the choice of Moses to lead the Hebrews out of Egypt, you might see several qualifications. Most importantly, Moses grew up in Pharaoh's household. He understood what it meant to be Egyptian. He knew how the government worked. He would have also been the most educated Hebrew, since he would have received the best education available, while the Hebrews were enslaved and had very little opportunity.
But God did not choose Moses because of his qualifications. God chose Moses from his birth. God carefully orchestrated his plan to allow the preservation of a baby boy in a reed basket. He ordered Moses' steps so that he was prepared to follow God's will and carry out his plan for deliverance that he promised 400 years earlier. He tested Moses in the wilderness and purified him to make him ready to serve.
The bottom line is that he was chosen by God in his wisdom.

Throughout the bible God chooses some very unlikely people to do his will and his way.
When telling us of choosing Jacob over Esau, since they were both quite spoiled and hardheaded, God states that he chose Jacob because he chose him.
Moses was chosen when he was an infant, by the chain of events that led his mother to hide him away, and Pharoah's sister finding him and adopting him, thus saving him from the order of all male infants under two years old to be slaughtered.
God picks whom he wants , when he wants. This is why we can say why me Lord and he responds, Why not you?

You know Moses asked the same question.
God is a personal god and he has a plan for every one, take comfort in that.
