yes i do . he was choose by GOD even before he was born. he was to preach to all non believer,s. and he was to baptist those that choose to become christians, john the baptist was to get people to ask GOD ofr forgiveness. and to make way for JESUS. when john,s mother was careing him. and mary came to visit her cousin and john still in the womb started doing flips couse he knew who mary was even before he was born, and when JESUS was to be more followed by people. john knew it was his time to step out of the way so people could worship JESUS. and john was beheaded by a king becouse they did not wont to belive that they were comminting all kinds of sins.

Why would you not believe in John the Baptist? I believe the Bible so I believe that there was a person named John the Baptist. He was the forrunner of the Lord Jesus Christ. Mark 1: 4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.

John the Baptist was the last mortal prophet of God to mankind. He was not an Apostel... The Apostel John was another man. I believe he existed... I do not "believe in him" as in worship.. Worship is reserved for God.
