Why do guys in a relationship cheat? if they don't like their girl no more, why don't they break it up? they cheat, and when their girl finds out and kicks them out, they beg her not to trow them out, and say they love her... what's up with that? if you love somebody, you don't cheat on them! i just don't get it

Cheating is often a difficult subject there are so many factors involved, they may not have intended it to happen in the first place!...
Life can be strange, it throws up all sorts of situations, and some people are actually SERIOUS when they say they love someone even after having cheated on them...
I guess it depends on the different views different people have on the word love its so overloaded a term these days...
And never for one second think its only Guys who do the cheating!... I do, however agree the honourable thing would be to break up with their current partner prior to taking any steps beyond a simple friendship with someone else.... but some people just find they have little control, especially with drugs and/or alcohol in the mix they tend to find themselves having slept with someone else before they have a chance to do anything about it...
And sometimes theres discordance between what's simply sex and what's love... its common for some people to have sex with someone else "no strings attached" even if they're happy with their current partner! but that doesn't mean they LOVE the other person, however it does mean they're using them...
Even more crazily some people don't mind being used...
It all adds up to difficult choices in a relationship, I think the best way to deal with it is to be clear about what you need and want from the beginning so they know what the consequences are... and I hope that you realize if you truly love someone you love more than just the sex-life you share... if that means they have another sex life too, it might *not* mean that they don't love you... its just hard to cope with and understand for someone who believes in monogomy...

The only guys that cheat in a relationship are ones that don't want to be serious and they think life is just fun and games. If you go with a guy like that, then, it's some of your fault too because who would want a guy who is an *** and who don't want a serious relationship. You can't really expect a guy to treat you right, unless you two make decisions to having a "serious" relationship and make those promises. This generation is very bad when it comes to relationships, but you have to get out there and find the one you want and need. Guys think that they can get whatever they want and will do stupid things... like beg you to take them back... so that you will stay with them and they can still do other things behind your back... that is when you realize that you need to do something to make it better, or you could just let it happen... it's your call.

Not all guys cheat. People cheat because they are disrespectful and don't think. They rather do things behind peoples back instead of confronting them or talking to them and letting them now they are not happy. They beg them not to leave them because they know their partner is a good person. And you are right, if you love someone, you do not cheat.

He's secure with you and he knows that you love him and won't cheat, but on the other hand, he's a scum bag, so he's not worth loving in the first place. You will be setting yourself up with disappointment if you stay with the man.

Cause they want the so called greener grass on the other side. It is try, why not. I guy wants what he can not have. You are what he has so it is better for him to get what he can not have. It makes him happy. That is life and you need to be the greener grass if you do not want him to do that. You also need to make it clear that if he does cheat you are gone.

HI ,,YOURS PROBLEM is pretty common and prominent too yes guys do such things quit easily..u know y just because some girls just see the face nd start loving those lucious guys..actually the problem is wth the mentality of chosing a person of all of us is "oh babe he shold be sexy"thats it we dont get the people by their root level..nd just start loving them ..so nexttime if u go for a guy...then be careful because noone should deserve to hit yours feeling..........**HAV nice life **

well, if a guy is REALLY in love w/ u, he's never gonna cheat.
but really, i guess that every man wants to c that's he's like the boss, and that girls luv him.
so when they get a 2nd gf, along w/ the 1st 1, they feel powerfull.
