No but i have some information for you if you are so desperate.In the Very Posh Restaurant under the bull fight arena in Mexico city every day they serve the testicles of the defeated bulls but when a matador dies his nuts are the special of the day keep your eyes and ears open for the news.

as far as i know, there are no products which are made from human by-products. (if there are some, please, let me know!)
the idea of cannibalism is only somewhat unappealing. what makes the meat of cows and pigs better than the meat of humans? the only difference is, we dont produce humans for meat because they have "souls" and "consciousness." if it came down to survive or die, i'd eat a person.
