okay well as a person trainer red bull is very very bad for you.
i don't know of any good protein drinks that you can buy in a grocery store that teast good and are health for you. Now what i do know is i know of some that you can buy online that are very good for you and that teast good. if you would like let me know and i will send you the sets.
