If she is fat is up to her not your responsibility and don't feel bad about it

invite her come out with you so she gets a little more exercise, or pick places where there are healthier food choices, less grease, you know. She might be happy with the way she looks, but I'd try healthier places to eat where she could get a salad or something, and just mention to her how this salad is so good, and how she should try it

Her obesity is not your problem. She still needs to eat regardless of how much. However, you could return the favor once in a while and bring healthy stuff to snack on or big salad to share. Do you have a refrigerator at work? Stock it up!

She is a grown up. If she wants to be fat that is her business. Take the free food and mind your own business.

get free food from her but try to tell her to go to do jogging also. And you will get new sport shoes.

it's not really your place to monitor someone else's eating habits. if she asks for you help it's one thing, but for you to give it up voluntarily is not okay. maybe she is just looking for a friend and that's why she's buying your lunch..
