We talk everyday sometimes all day - we go on trips together and we get along great!!

I think that it depends on how you feel about it. If you are questioning it, you're probably done. What kind of relationship are you looking for? Are you the one that wants it or your partner? If it is him, what kind of guy would be intimate with you but not want to be with you. I have had a lot of guy friends, and most them have told me that that is the best form of a relationship, no attatchment but still gettin frisky. Of course they were all creeps, which is why they were only friends. You know what you want, now just go for it, either way.
