American Heart Association says that 1 oz. of dark chocolate per day is actually good for the heart. Don't ask me why. So there you go. Eat it ever day, but not too much more than an ounce.

**Hint, an ounce of chocolate is about 2 of those Dove chocolates. You know, those bite-size ones? Enjoy!

I'd relax, since dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate though it doesn't make me want to eat any less milk chocolate. Just accept that chocolate in all its forms is freaking amazing and live with only eating a little bit everyday. If your proportion is low like it is now, I don't see any problem with eating it.

dark chocolate has a lot of antioxidants ONLY if the chocolate has 70% or more of pure chocolate (not milk).
now, eating chocolate in excess cant be good for ur health, it has a lot of fat

I don't think it's bad for you. If you feel you need to stop, the way to break a habit is to replace it with something else.
