Nikon announved D70s can take 3fps but it doesn't mentioned about CF's speed. I would like to know about any technical information of D70s and CF's speed.
1. Can I take real 3fps photos with D70s in fine or raw mode with 12x Lexar or it must be more speed?
2. Is there any relationship between CF's speed and continuous shooting?

The D70 will start by storing the fist few pictures in the buffer (at 3 FPS). As it tries to write the contents of the buffer to you memory card, the speed of your memory card will play a vital role. With a slow memory card, your continuous shooting will slow down considerably after those first few shots.
Here are some benchmark figures for the D70 with various brands of memory cards: http://www.robgalbraith.com/bins/multi_page.asp?cid=6007-7906

I think a 12X card will be troublesome in continuous shooting modes. It can only process and save about 1.8 MB per second. The largest 6MP photos on a D70 camera seem to be about 3 MB, so at that file size, it would take almost 2 seconds for each file to be saved. You would have to cut down to a lower resolution/higher compression file to get anywhere with a 12X card.

The benchmark of 1X is a transfer rate of 150 KB per second.
12X times 150 KB = 1.8 MB.
40X is a common card, so the transfer rate would be 6 MB per second.
Sandisk Ultra II claims a minimum write speed of 60X or 9 MB per second, and a minimum read speed of 66X or 10 MB per second.
Sandisk Extreme III claims a minimum write and read speed of 133X or 20 MB per second.

The largest 6MP photos on a D70 camera seem to be about 3 MB, so it seems that an Ultra II could save 3 high data images per second, while an Extreme III could save 6 high data images per second. The D70 continuous mode gives up to 3 frames per second, so you could be gathering about 9 MB of data per second. If you do not have at least the Ultra II or equivalent, it is easy to see how your D70 bogs down at times. Go for it.

Hi, I recommand you to try google picasa.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.

It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.

It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
