Sounds like he might have what is called "rodent mouth ulcer". Surely you must know that your cat is suffering because of this condition and that veterinary attention is what he needs ASAP.

It sounds as if your kitty is a burly outside Tom Cat. If he is a brawler it is probably from scratches. We had some rough housers when I grew up in a farm house. I recall one being like you described and he lived forever. He could still be there for all I know.
If you can afford it that yes I agree with everyone else. Take Him to the vet. If you cant then the humane thing would be to take him to the animal shelter.
Good Luck on taking care of the kitty Kitty, I am not sure about what the kity has. I hope you can take him to the vet.

Take your cat to the vet and have him checked out. Cats can contract feline leukemia through fights with other cats. If this is what your cat has, every time he gets sick, he will be more and more sick..until finally no medicine helps.
The test for feline leukemia is very inexpensive and quick.

He would desire to be combating with different cats, it incredibly is primary for male cats as thay're all techniques guarding their territory. There is a known disease in cats that is Feline AIDS. Not to scare you but it kinda sounds like what happens to them. You might want to get your cat checked out soon.
It also could be an allergy to something in the environment.

This particular problem sounds like it may be ringworm, but only a vet can diagnose your kitty for sure. Please take him to the vet, make sure he is neutered, and keep him inside so he doesn't get into fights or get parasitic diseases. Poor kitty!

Ok, he really needs to go to the vet. It could be flea allergy dermatitis (but I'm not sure if the sores from that get THAT big). It could be fungal, viral, allergies....there are so many things that could be wrong. Please take him to the vet soon.
