Excellent question.

Sadly, living in Toronto as I do, I can't give you a good answer to this question. Then again, even if I lived in Montreal, I'm not sure if I could give you a good answer under those circumstances.

Life can and often is chaos. Things sometimes appear to happen for no understandable reason.

A young man, a gunman, who had psychiatric problems decides to go out in a blaze of glory. Why did he do this? No one will ever really know because no one had privy to his interior world.
