Those were not Minutemen, if that is what you were saying. And to put law enforcement personel in a picture at the top then a list of atrocities beneath the picture when there is no way the law enforcement personel are involved in those activities is beyond irresponsible journalism.
I think these are up there with the illegal (maybe) dragging the woman to death with the car -isolated instances. However, the illegal immigrant population is statistically comprised of a disproportionate number of criminals, and that is a fact. Personally, I think we should address that with true screening to get that sort out, rather than to smear everyone with the acts of some, but maybe you feel differently.
And believe me, if I could deport the KKK and the guys with the patio umbrella, I would.

I don't know why anyone who is not a white racist would be upset about this question because you only specified white racists. There are racists in every group. Racism is unacceptable from anyone because a person should be judge by who they are not by what race they belong to. Evil people does not just exist in one race, there is good and bad in all races. If the articles that you showed in those links are true, they are terrible but just because of their actions all White people should not judge the same just as well that you would not want to be put in the same category of criminals from your race.

I don't agree with vigilantes, however I don't think that you can compare guarding the borders of the US with those of Iraq. That simply makes no sense.

The reactions along the southern U.S. border to heavy incursions by Mexican nationals is not a racially-motivated response. It is the same type of reaction that would occur at the northern U.S. border if the Canadians were to present with the same set of circumstances. The "vigilantes" you speak of are acting out of frustration with authiorities who are failing in their responsibility to deal with the situation. Admittedly, there may be some so-called "racists"among the posses, but we have those on both sides of this equation. Name-calling is not going to help, nor is making bogus comparisons, verdad?

American citizens have the right to bear arms, but NOT to be vigilantes on their own "cause". If these people want to join the military, they should do it!! Why don't we start picking on Russians that come here for free and the government buys them new homes and new cars.
