I have long thick hair, like down to my chest, i want to get layers and bangs 2morrow, any1 have ideas? like links to a pic of a haircut idea?

I would get it layered to about 1/2 inch past your shoulders i have that cut and it helps alot cuz i have thin hair so it gives me body. but if u have thick hair get bigger layers (u don't want an afro! =])

Depending on your age or whether your trying to look older/younger, I would be careful with bangs. Straight, thick bangs always make you look younger or like youre trying too hard to look younger. Wispy, long bangs that you can easily part with your hair and tuck behind your ears looks sexy. And with layering you usually come out with something close to that.
Layering in and of itself is, to me, the most wonderful haircut style EVER!
