Actually most of the fancier shampoos are designed to handle dry hair... any soap will work on oily hair... Your best bet is to use a regular shampoo and shampoo your hair twice... This is usually what's recommended on each bottle anyway...

The more important thing is to make sure you wash your hair every day, not every other day....

Try to by a shampoo and conditioner for oily hair. I can't say which one because I'm not sure which ones are available to you. Also, if you don't wash at least everyday then no shampoo is going to help. My hair is the same way. I go one day without washing it and the next day it is oily.

Start by shampooing LESS. I know it sounds weird but the more you clean your hair the more oil it produces. Shower every day but only shampoo every other day. Also do not play with or brush your hair a lot.

I myself am no expert, since I have pretty cooperative hair. However, I had a roommate that used to dye her hair--the same as her natural color--just to dry it out enough to make it manageable. It may be worth a try.

If your hair is falling out alot try Nizoral. It will also dry it out some.
Alternate it with your regular shampoo,
