I get so mad when I see on the news, some racist minutemen "hunting" down illegals. You can tell that he enjoys bringing down a group of people. The African-Americans in minutemen should watch out. Hispanics are just their replacement in discrimination. You can be sure that if discriminating against African-Americans was still allowed the Minutemen wouldn't be hunting illegals, they'd be too busy discriminating against Blacks.

You cannot tell whether someone is legal or illegal just by looking at them. Much of what is happening is being directed by the color of our skin.

Actually, you are lying. The minutemen aren't "hunting" down illegals. First of all, they operate only on the border, not throughout the country. And, second, they only spot illegal immigrants and report them. That's hardly "cleansing the country of immigrants". But people like you on the left so often need to create straw-men arguments, exaggerating to the point of absurdity, to make your case because you can't make it any other way.

The issue has nothing to do with race. You liberals just put that spin on it because you have no logic to back up your opinion.
This is about ANYONE who is coming into our country illegally. They do not make this country better. They drop an anchor baby and then live off of the American taxpayer. The illegals take much, much more from our taxes than they supply.
Stop using race as an issue here. It makes you look like an idiot. Please develop a logical argument backed up with FACTS from a source that you can quote, and ask that question.

I am an American. I live in New York state. I agree that the Minutemen are racist and are ultimately hostile to poor immigrants. The problems in the United States are not so easily summed up though. I think it is difficult for people in other countries to comprehend the depth of American umbrage and outrage at the September 11, 2001 attacks in New York City and Washington, DC. It is more than just the ugly wantonness of the attacks themselves: Americans had thought themselves totally invulnerable to such an horrific attack because of their massive military capabilities. There will be another, bigger attack in the future, and the current American hostility to immigrants will pale in comparison to that shown after the next BIG attack. I fear for the state of international and domestic politics when the political behemoth (the U.S.) becomes highly irritiable and angry and defensive - much more than it is now.
