I would say it depends. If someone forces themself on you and you don't try to stop them in any way they will assume you would be ok with it. But if someone were really violent and very forceful then it would be rape. If you dont want it you have to say no or stop or something. But maybe I am wrong.

In a court of law, silence means you accept....keep that in mind, because if you didn't say yes, but didn't say no, then you gave consent....or did you actually try to force him off??

you dont have to verbally say no... often times your body reaction is all that is required .. if someone forces you against your will .. its still rape ..
