I am a scorpio too and my wife is a Gemini. My Chinese sign is a Snake and my wife's sign is an Ox which tells us many times that we really are meant for each other.
Imagine my sign to be Snake and Scorpio, that is very lascivious sign. living with an Ox and a maiden with dual personality.
Some say Cancer is also a compatible sign. But the best siign of all is when you feel it in your heart that the one you meet is the one that makes you happy even for just thinking about her. The one that you love without a preconceived idea of what she or he is all about.

I don't for a number of reasons, but one of them is they are just so vague that most anyone can fit the description. I do believe that the stars, moon, and sun affect the way that people act and can affect moods. There is no concrete evidence about this, but I remember in my astronomy class that people think it really does affect them.

No and did you know that astrology is a practice that is condemned by God? What Scriptures can we go to for proof?
Here are some:
Isaiah 47:13-14: "Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee. Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it."
Jeremiah 10:2-3__"Thus says the LORD: " Do not learn the way of the Gentiles; Do not be dismayed at the signs of heaven,
For the Gentiles are dismayed at them. For the customs of the peoples are futile--"
Deuteronomy 18:10--"There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch."
Jeremiah 14:14--"Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart."
What is divination? The Encyclopædia Britannica notes that astrology is a “type of divination that consists in forecasting earthly and human events by means of observing and interpreting the fixed stars, the Sun, the Moon, and the planets.” All forms of divination—whether based on the stars or other objects—violate God’s guidelines.
Astrology is both unreliable and misleading. It could cause us to blame the stars rather than ourselves when we make mistakes. Above all, it is clearly condemned in God’s Word.

No, I don't believe in astrology because no one can explain how it's supposed to work. How do planets that are nothing more than gases and rocks and metal have any effect on my personal life? What scientific force is there that can cause that to happen?
